SMS Consent and Text Messages

When you submit our SMS consent form, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, and a record of the consent wording, version, submission identifier, and time. We use this information to record your permission for Growth7 messages about inquiries, appointments, and account updates.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to record consent or provide our messaging services.

You can withdraw consent by replying STOP to a Growth7 text or by contacting us. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Who We Are

Growth7 is a marketing platform operated by Growth7 Inc ("Growth7", "we", "us"). Our office is at 5000 Plaza on the Lake, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78746. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the Growth7 website, the Growth7 mobile app, and, where noted, through the Growth7 platform itself.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to operate the site.

• Information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of any message you send through our contact form.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, and device type, gathered through privacy-conscious analytics.
• Communications: records of correspondence when you email, call, or book a call with us.
• Technical data required to serve the site securely, including IP address and request logs held for a limited period.

How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• To respond to inquiries and provide the information or demo you requested.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
• To understand which content is useful so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Customer Data in the Growth7 Platform

Customers using the Growth7 platform upload and generate their own data, including prospect and contact records, campaign content, and creative assets. That data belongs to the customer. Growth7 processes it on the customer's behalf and solely to provide the platform.

Growth7 sends email, SMS, voice, and social communications through provider accounts that customers connect themselves. Those providers process the relevant data under their own terms, and customers remain responsible for the lawfulness of their own outreach, including obtaining any consent their jurisdiction requires.

The Growth7 Mobile App

The Growth7 mobile app for iOS and Android is for people whose organization uses Growth7. Accounts are created by Growth7 at that organization's request; the app does not let anyone create an account. When you sign in, we process your name, email address, and sign-in credentials to authenticate you and keep you signed in.

The app asks for device permissions only when you use a feature that needs them. You can decline or revoke them at any time in your device settings:

• Camera: to take photos and videos you choose to add to your organization's content library or send to the Growth7 assistant.
• Microphone: to record sound with videos you capture in the app. The app does not record audio at any other time.
• Photos and media: to let you choose existing images and videos to upload.

Photos, videos, files, campaigns, posts, and messages you create or upload through the app are stored as Customer Data in your organization's workspace and handled as described above. Requests you make to the Growth7 assistant are processed by the AI service providers we use to generate its responses.

The app contains no advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not include third-party analytics. We do not sell information collected through the app. Data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers.

Deleting Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Growth7 account at any time by following the steps at growth7.io/delete-account, or by emailing hello@growth7.io from the address on your account. We will delete your account and the personal information tied to it — your name, email address, and sign-in credentials — and respond within the period required by applicable law.

Content you created in your organization's workspace, such as campaigns, posts, and uploaded media, is Customer Data that belongs to your organization. We retain or delete it according to your organization's instructions, so you may also want to contact your workspace administrator.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, the performance of a contract with you, or compliance with a legal obligation, as applicable to the processing in question.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us run the site and our business, only to the extent needed to perform their function.

• Hosting and content delivery for the website.
• Email delivery, so contact form submissions reach our team.
• Analytics, to understand aggregate site usage.
• Professional advisers and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to function, together with privacy-conscious analytics that measure aggregate usage. We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling on this website. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymize it. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Platform customer data is retained according to the customer's agreement with us.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and storing provider credentials server-side so they are never exposed to a browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we process may be stored or handled there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for such transfers.

Children

Growth7 is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
